Summary

The HubSpot Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing our company’s HubSpot ecosystem to support end-to-end marketing, sales, and service workflows. This role serves as the go-to expert for all things HubSpot—overseeing campaign automation, CRM maintenance, reporting, lead scoring, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s HubSpot platform
  • Build and optimize workflows, automation, email campaigns, lead scoring, and customer journeys
  • Support campaign execution through the creation of landing pages, forms, segmentation, and list management
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution for all marketing activities and lead sources
  • Create dashboards and reports to analyze campaign performance and sales funnel metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, and operations teams to support campaign and lead management goals
  • Maintain data integrity, ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance, and manage integrations with tools like Salesforce, Eventbrite, and Zoom
  • Train and support internal teams on HubSpot usage and best practices
  • Stay current with HubSpot updates and apply new features to improve system efficiency and marketing impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, and optionally Service Hub)
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound Marketing, HubSpot CRM, Email Marketing) are highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing automation workflows and lead lifecycle management
  • Solid understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, form strategy, and campaign personalization
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using HubSpot Analytics and other BI tools
  • Working knowledge of CRM data structure and sales pipeline logic
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, native HubSpot integrations)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
