Summary:
Manage the overall Search and Display Ads operations, team organization, and leadership functions that can handle all operational functions
and team resources, capable of providing campaign ideas and strategies, and keeping abreast of paid advertising developments. Complete
management of performance-focused, digital paid advertising campaigns against defined success metrics. Responsible for planning,
implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of digital paid advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Complete management of performance-focused, digital paid advertising campaigns against defined success metrics.
- Responsible for planning, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of digital paid advertising campaigns.
- Cover one or more digital advertising disciplines including:
- Paid search (PPC) – Google Ads
- Examine potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial data
- Programmatic display – Google Ads, DV360
- Manage relationships with advertising platform vendors and other third parties.
- Support account managers, and directors as needed.
- Assist in identifying additional channels and tactics that assist in achieving the client’s advertising objectives.
- Stay current with all digital advertising industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
- Business-level or fluent English is a must (verbal and written)
- A supervisor or Junior Manager level at least 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Marketing, Advertising, or a related major is a plus
- Willing to possess advertising certifications, i.e. Google Advertising Certification, Google DV360 Certification, Google Analytic DV 360 Certification
- Must maintain a home office with high-speed internet & high-speed computer
- Interest in advertising and analysis
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
- Commitment to personal development
- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
