Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Public Relations Manager to lead the development, execution, and performance measurement of our PR initiatives. This role plays a vital part in shaping the organization’s public image, enhancing brand visibility, and maintaining a positive reputation across all media platforms.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic insight, creative storytelling, media expertise, and leadership. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all public communications align with business goals and reflect the brand’s core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with organizational goals and branding objectives.
  • Develop annual and quarterly PR plans, including budget management and campaign milestones.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to evolve the public relations function.
  • Campaign Design & Execution

  • Plan and oversee targeted PR campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and media presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, and content teams to integrate PR into broader campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and apply insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Media & Stakeholder Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
  • Proactively pitch stories to top-tier media and manage inbound press inquiries.
  • Organize press events, interviews, and media briefings for executives and clients.
  • Content Development

  • Lead the creation of press releases, speeches, articles, Q&As, and communication materials.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all public communications and media touchpoints.
  • Support the development of thought leadership content for senior executives.
  • Reputation & Crisis Management

  • Develop and maintain a crisis communication strategy and escalation protocols.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during crises, managing media communications and public statements.
  • Monitor public sentiment and respond proactively to protect the organization’s reputation.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Establish KPIs for PR activities, track campaign results, and analyze media performance.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  1. Market Research
  • Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitive PR activities.
  • Recommend new strategies and media opportunities based on market analysis.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and internal departments to align PR strategies with business initiatives.
  • Represent the PR function in cross-departmental meetings and lead team efforts when applicable.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in PR or communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and evaluating impactful PR campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong network of media contacts and experience building new relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to develop future-facing plans and anticipate challenges.
  • Proficient in PR management tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) and analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal departments and with external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Pay close attention to detail and highly organized
